Fields of application
Immediate stop of water infiltrations in building structures: basins, tanks, cellars, lift shafts, drains, underground masonry, etc. Examples of use: waterproof sealing of cracks and holes, waterproof repair before the addition of concrete, waterproofing systems made in combination with Flexseal 300 hydro-expansive sealant and waterproof mortars of the OSMOCEM line.

Preparation of supports
Thoroughly clean the contact surfaces. In the case of cracks, discontinuities, cavities, etc. preliminarily prepare application sections countersinking towards the inside of the masonry, creating a "dovetail" shape (in order to facilitate the hydraulic sealing of the intervention). Remove any detached residual material from the prepared site, by means of pressure washing and jets of compressed air. Any interventions on temporarily dry surfaces require wetting of the support to saturation.
Mode of use
Mix with water, if possible at a temperature not less than 20°C, no more than 250-300 cc per kg of product. The product reacts immediately and it is very quick, therefore mix from time to time the quantities of product strictly necessary and immediately applicable.
Apply the product on site by hand exclusively and immediately after mixing the product with water while wearing protective rubber gloves. Press the mixed product firmly into the slot or hole and hold this pressure until the setting is complete (approx. 120 – 180 seconds).
In case of multiple leaks, start the application of Osmocem Quick from the higher water leaks. Where necessary, in case of pressure infiltrations, proceed with the installation of drainage with a plastic tube, with small diameter, initially sealing sections adjacent to the drainage and then, once you stop the infiltration, sealing the drainage itself.

Storage and conservation
Store the product in its original packing, in a fresh and dry environment, avoiding frost and direct sunlight.
Warnings
Osmocem Quick contains cement which, in contact with the sweat of the body, causes an irritant alkaline reaction and allergic reactions in predisposed subjects: wear wraparound protective gloves in thick rubber and use the usual precautions for handling of cement-based products; in case of contact wash with plenty of water. Do not remix the product in the hardening phase and do not float it when it has just been laid.
