Consumption

Use from 3 to 5 kg/m² of SANAKOLL depending on the type of support and the type of material to be bonded.

Use fields

Bonding tiles, ascertained to be porous, averagely absorbent and absolutely not clinkerised (use only for interior floor coverings). Bonding and smoothing coating of panels and modular elements in mineralised wood, cork, etc.

Preparation of supports

The application supports will be free from fouling, powder, non-adhering parts, etc.; existing paints (washable, organic, solvent based etc.) must be removed.

Use method

Gradually pour about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer, Gradually add SANAKOLL and the water still required, continue to mix until a completely lump-free mixture is obtained. The methods of use are differentiated based on the support materials and the specific destination of use.

For bonding on ordinary, absorbent, internal subbases, spread the product with a toothed adhesive spreader in continuous layers of adequate thickness and then lay on site the elements to be installed (tiles, panels, etc.), with the appropriate and usual methods, exerting the pressure required to promote adhesion.

Application methods

- Notched finishing trowel

Tool cleaning

- Water

Permitted supports

- Cement-based or lime-based mortars

- Concrete

- Floor screed

- Plasters

Warnings, precautions and Ecology

Protect fresh surfaces from direct exposure to sunlight, from the rain and the wind, and cure the prolonged moist hardening.

Preliminarily ascertain the necessary mechanical strength of the support.
