Characteristics

The addition of READYMESH PF-180 to the mixture gives the concrete and the resulting manufacture a greater resistance to the forces of traction/bending, reduces the risk of breakage, drastically reduces the phenomenon of cracks due to shrinkage during the first hours of curing of the product.

Consumption

Variable according to the type of work to be carried out (screeds, plasters, mortars), on average from 1 to 6 kg per cubic metre of cement conglomerate.

Use fields

Structural reinforcement for very high-performance micro-concretes. Prefabrication. Widespread three-dimensional high anisotropy reinforcement of concretes in general.

Use method

Add the fibres to the cement conglomerate during mixing. Mix, with the drum of the cement mixing lorry at full speed, for at least one minute for each m³ of conglomerate. The dosage may vary depending on the use.

Application methods

- To be added to other components

Permitted supports

- Concrete

- Cement-based or lime-based mortars
