Appearance: Thick liquid
Water-repellent, breathable, pigmented paint based on siloxane resins in water dispersion for painting and renovating civil and industrial buildings, and newly manufactured, for both external and internal facades. Recommended as a breathable, water-repellent protective finish for macroporous dehumidifying plasters (SANATIGH, SANAWARME, CALEOSANA).

Characteristics
PROTECH SIL P creates a microporous filter that effectively prevents the penetration of water and aggressive solutions without compromising the necessary breathability of masonry.
Consumption
Apply from 0.25 to 0.35 liters of PROTECH SIL P per square metre of surface to be painted.
Use fields
Waterproofing and breathable, protective and decorative finishing, for façades in vintage buildings and monuments, subject to protection by the "cultural heritage" or otherwise. Painting of dehumidifying reinforcement cycles with macroporous plasters. Suitable for media like old and new mineral plasters and for pre-existing emulsion paints, provided they are adherent to the media.
Preparation of supports
The application supports should be adequately prepared: free from fouling, powder, crumbling and non-adhering parts, etc., previously treated with the specific fixative PROTECH SIL FIX.
Use method
The product can be applied by brush, roller or spray, in two coats. The maximum dilution with water will be 10-15% of the weight of the product.
