PROTECH ROAD PAINT is a thick paint based on acrylic resins in aqueous emulsion for the protection and waterproofing of bituminous floors in urban and pedestrian areas. PROTECH ROAD PAINT is ideal for surfaces in car parks, yards, cycle paths and sidewalks, it also increases the resistance of the floor to wear, UV rays and chemical aggression.

Characteristics
PROTECH ROAD PAINT avoids the migration of bituminous binders and the accumulation of heat due to sunlight and allows to:
- Reduce the disintegration, breakage and swelling of the bituminous artefact.
- Protect the paving in bituminous conglomerate from sudden changes in temperature.
- Increase the durability of the work.
- Improve the aesthetics of the flooring and reduce the environmental impact
being able to choose from various colours.
- Noticeably reduce bitumen odours.
Consumption
Approximately 2.0 kg/m² of PROTECH ROAD PAINT in two coats.
Use fields
PROTECH ROAD PAINT is formulated for the finishing and protection of manufactured products
in bituminous conglomerate in urban and pedestrian areas such as yards, avenues and preferential lanes, sidewalks and cycle paths, sports facilities.
Preparation of supports
Remove all traces of dust and traces of oils, greasy substances and incoherent parts. On a dry support, apply PROTECH ROAD PAINT according to the methods described in the instructions for use.
Use method
PROTECH ROAD PAINT can be diluted with water in a percentage not exceeding 30%. The application on a dry and clean surface is done manually with a roller for a minimum of 2 coats until saturation depending on the porosity of the support. We do not recommend the application with temperatures below +10°C.
