Approximately 0,35 litres of PLIOLFUL for every square metre of surface to be treated.
Protective and decorative paint for interior premises for public use: pizzerias, kitchens, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, etc.; particularly indicated for the remediation of soot in old chimney flues.
The application surfaces should be dry and clean, free of incrustations, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust etc. Remove the sooty part surrounding the flue as much as possible, with appropriate means for the purpose and without hydrocleaning (steel brushes or hard plastic bristles, sanding, scraping with electrical equipment, etc.).
In the presence of surfaces impregnated with soot, prior to applying PLIOLFUL, it is advisable to apply at least 3-4 kg/m² of OSMOCEM D with a long bristle brush, in the areas close to the flue. Then impregnate the area to be treated with PROTECH FIX AC; conversely, in the presence of non-removable walls with acrylic type paints and/or tempera, it is necessary to preliminarily treat the media with the specific reinforcing acrylic fixative PROTECH FIX ACS.
PLIOLFUL can easily be applied by brush, roller or spray, diluting the product with universal diluent (maximum dilution of 20%). The high adherence of the paint makes it suitable for most of the usual supports. Apply the product evenly, with uniform thickness. In the case of "marked" dyes, in order not to create overlapping aesthetic joints, it is essential to avoid reworking on the same wall.
