The special mix of high wetting power solvents carries the resin molecules towards the inside of the masonry structure depositing them on the capillary walls. A negative angle of wetting ensures (water repellence) that results, with the expulsion to the outside of the water molecules, in the drastic reduction of saline motility and efflorescence.
From 0.15 to 0.25 litres of FEST SALZ for each square metre of surface to be treated, based on the porosity of the support.
Impregnating, anti-saline, waterproofing, protective treatment of above-ground surrounding walls, made of brick, marble, slate, limestone, natural stone, tufa, concrete blocks or lime-based in general, etc. Anti-saline treatments prior to renewing damp walls with dehumidifying plasters.
The media should be clean, dedusted, dry and free of saline concretions (which should be preliminarily removed, even with the use of DETERG-A if necessary).
Apply the product evenly and uniformly, by spraying at low pressure or brushing one or more coats, without excessive interruptions or time intervals between one coat and the next, taking care to improve the saturation of the masonry structure

Apply on the walls treated with FEST SALZ the dehumidifying plasters prescribed in the renewal cycle in the shortest possible time (within maximum 2 days), in order to prevent the certain detachment.
Do not apply the product in adverse weather conditions: rain or high humidity. As it is a solvent-based siloxane water repellent, the presence of residual humidity inside the capillary pores of the masonry would hinder the penetration of the product, and therefore its effectiveness.
